Miguel Ángel Panduro holds a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and a master’s degree in business from IESE (Institute of Higher Business Studies). He has also obtained the CESEDEN qualification (National Defence Higher Studies Centre) and has been awarded the Grand Cross of Military Merit. He has more than 35 years of professional experience in the telecommunications and defence sectors, as well as extensive international experience.

In 1990, he joined Hispasat, where he played a key role in the company’s business expansion and internationalization. In 2004, he was appointed CEO of ISDEFE, where he transformed the company to position it as a strategic consultancy in the fields of defence, security, and transport, managing large-scale technology programmes. In 2012, he was appointed CEO of Hisdesat, where he consolidated the company as a benchmark in government satellite services, with a focus on the defence and security sectors. In 2019, he was appointed CEO of Hispasat.

Throughout his professional career, he has held several positions in different organizations specialized in technology and innovation, such as the COTEC Foundation and the ITU.

He currently holds the position of managing director of Indra Space, and member of the Indra Group Management Committee.
