Our Social Action

At Indra Group, we understand that the value of technology lies in its ability to transform lives. That’s why our social commitment goes beyond innovation and takes the form of concrete actions in the communities where we operate.

Through corporate volunteering, collaboration with social and educational organisations, and inclusive and sustainable projects, we mobilise the talent of our people to support vulnerable groups, close gaps, and expand development opportunities. We measure our impact with clear indicators — people reached, projects launched, scholarships awarded, devices donated, and environmental activities — to ensure transparency and continuous improvement.

We believe in training as a driver of inclusion and development

We promote STEM careers (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) that bring technology closer to vulnerable groups and prepare new generations to lead the digital future.

Training programmes

We design and deliver training, mentoring, and masterclass programmes to support the social and workplace integration of people with disabilities and other vulnerable groups, using technology as a tool for empowerment.

Technology scholarships for women with disabilities

We foster the social and workplace inclusion of women with disabilities through scholarships for undergraduate, master’s, or doctoral studies in the technology field. These scholarships are aimed at individuals with a recognised disability of 33% or above, in line with our commitment to inclusive education and equal opportunities.

Radia Project

We support the Radia Project, aimed at women with disabilities who wish to develop their professional careers in the technology sector. This programme promotes equal opportunities and employability in a sector that is key to digital transformation.

We support the socioeconomic development of the communities where we operate

We work actively to reduce risks of social exclusion, especially among children, young people, and people with disabilities.

We promote the development of accessible technologies as a tool to improve quality of life and social and workplace inclusion for people with disabilities

These solutions — devices, tools, and software — are designed to remove barriers and facilitate access to the digital environment, enabling the active participation of everyone.

We support accessible technology projects developed by Spanish universities, which promote autonomy, employability, and social participation for people with disabilities. Selection is carried out together with external experts and volunteers, ensuring real impact and social sensitivity.
