At Indra Group, we have an open, agile, and flexible Innovation Model aimed at strategically expanding and accelerating our capacity to generate and capture potentially attractive ideas to broaden our future offering.
Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
The Indra Group's innovation model is led by the CTO (Chief Technology Officer). The CTO's mission:
- To lead the Group's technology strategy and investment, ensuring alignment with the business, to develop a high-value product portfolio, maximising synergies between markets
- To mature and incorporate new-generation technologies with high disruptive potential, promoting a culture of innovation, digital transformation and operational efficiency
Innovation portfolio and governance
The Model includes the CTO's Innovation Portfolio and Governance area, which is responsible for its governance and promoting all its key lines and objectives:
- Designing and developing the Group's long-term technology roadmap
- Leading the maturation and integration of technologies in the Indra Group portfolio
- Promoting the Group's innovation ecosystem
- Managing technological investment and R&D/innovation
- Ensuring agility and operational excellence
- Managing corporate technology architecture
- Promoting cultural change within the Group, with a greater focus on innovation and product
Additionally, it should be highlighted that our model holds the ISO 56001:2024 Innovation Management System and UNE 166006:2018 Surveillance and Intelligence certifications.
