SOVEREIGN-6G: Unified Service Platform Over multi-Vendor Telco Cloud Infrastructure

Description of the project

SOVEREIGN-6G aims to develop the first European unified service platform for 6G Telco Cloud environments, capable of integrating multi-vendor infrastructures and technologies across an intelligent edge-cloud continuum. The project will drive the evolution of telecommunications networks towards open digital ecosystems by incorporating AI-driven automation, end-to-end service orchestration, open API-based network capability exposure, distributed computing, and advanced beyond-connectivity services, enabling new business models for operators, infrastructure providers, and industrial sectors.

Industrial partners

Indra´s rol

Indra acts as a key technology integrator within the project, responsible for transferring the innovations developed in SOVEREIGN-6G to real-world telco platforms, particularly through integration with Sylva and Telco Edge, CI/CD automation, distributed AI workload management, and the enhancement of the energy efficiency of the future European 6G Telco Cloud infrastructure.
