He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. He also holds a Master’s Degree in the Management and Financing of Infrastructure, Facilities and Public Services and has completed the Executive Development Programme (PDD) at IESE Business School.

He has more than twenty years of experience in business development, strategy and the management of international projects, with a strong track record in the defence, space, technology, infrastructure and public services sectors. Throughout his career, he has led international businesses with full profit and loss (P&L) responsibility, driving growth, international expansion and the delivery of complex projects in more than 40 countries.

He developed most of his professional career at Ineco, where he held various senior management positions in international business, business development, tendering and project management. He joined Indra in 2024 as Director of Institutional Development and Corporate Affairs and was subsequently appointed Chief of Staff to the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.

He currently holds the position of Managing Director of Defence and Space, and member of the Management Committee.
