María del Carmen Moneva holds a degree in Psychology from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and has more than 30 years of experience in the field of human resources and business development in technology and multinational companies.

Since her incorporation at Indra Group in 2005, has held different positions of responsibility in the areas of Outsourcing and Human Resources at global level. She has served on the executive committee of the Human Resources function, leading talent development and organisational transformation initiatives, and has worked with the Markets and Corporate Functions as a Business Partner.

Prior to that, she developed her career at IBM, where she was director of the Learning Services Business Unit for Spain and Portugal, also holding relevant positions in training, management development and change management in Human Resources.

She is currently Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and member of the Management Committee.
