He holds a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (UPM) and has received training in Business Administration from the Instituto de Empresa (IE). Additionally, he holds a Master’s Degree in Strategic Management & Innovation from the UPM, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute (PMI).

He began his professional career at Management Solutions, as a junior consultant for Banco Santander. In 2004, he joined Indra Group, where he has built an extensive career in the management of strategic air traffic management (ATM) programs at an international level. He has led key projects across Europe, the Middle East, and North America, playing a pivotal role in the development and deployment of systems for clients such as EUROCONTROL, NATS (United Kingdom), and the Directorate General of Meteorology and Air Navigation of Oman.

He currently holds the position of General Manager of Global ATM Programs at Indra, and is a member of the Management Committee.
