He holds a Law Degree and a Doctorate in Law from the University of Zaragoza. He completed his LL.M. at Harvard Law School, as well as the General Management Programme at IESE Business School.

He has 30 years of experience in legal practice, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, infrastructure project development both in Spain and abroad, as well as in Foundation Law.

Throughout his professional career, he has held senior positions of responsibility. He was appointed Legal Director of AGBAR, one of the leading water sector companies in Spain and South America. He has served as secretary to several boards of trustees (Fundación AGBAR and Fundación CASSA) and to the boards of directors of various water sector companies (Aigües de Barcelona, Compañía de Aguas de Sabadell, and Hidralia). Since 2015, he has been a partner at the law firm Pérez-Llorca, where he leads the ESG practice.

In the academic field, he is an adjunct professor of Commercial Law at Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona. Previously, he taught Commercial Law at ESADE and at the University of Zaragoza.
