Born in Gerona in 1976.

He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering with a specialisation in Industrial Organisation from the University of Girona and the University of Pforzheim in Germany. He also completed a Master's degree in Automotive Engineering at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia and an MBA at ESADE.

He has 24 years of experience in the automotive sector, developed entirely at two of Europe's largest manufacturers, SEAT (Volkswagen Group) and Renault Group, where he spent 19 and 5 years, respectively. Throughout his career, he has held technical and product development positions, strategy and business development responsibilities, as well as senior management roles as chief executive.

He began his professional career in Germany, joining Volkswagen's International Trainee Programme in 2002. A year later, he joined SEAT in Martorell, where he held various technical and managerial positions. In 2008, he was appointed Head of Corporate Strategy, and in 2012, he was designated Project Leader for the Ateca Project. In 2016, he assumed the position of General Secretary, Strategy and Product Planning, driving the launch of Cupra. In 2020, he took on the role of Director of Strategy, General Secretary and Director of Public Affairs.

In 2021, he joined Renault Group as Senior Vice President of Strategy and Business Development. Since then, he has progressively taken on greater responsibilities, including the role of General Manager of the Group in Iberia in 2023, until his appointment in 2025 as CEO of Ampere, Renault Group's subsidiary dedicated to electric vehicles and software.

He has also served as President of ANFAC (Spanish Association of Automobile and Truck Manufacturers) since June 2024.
