Indra Group has reached an agreement to acquire a stake in TRC and bolster the spanish ecosystem of sovereign capabilities in cybersecurity

Indra Group's future stake in TRC will drive new opportunities for cooperation between two Spanish companies with advanced technological capabilities in areas vital to national security
Indra Group has reached an agreement to acquire, through IndraMind, a 30% stake in TRC, the Madrid-based cybersecurity company, in order to bolster the Spanish ecosystem in this segment and contribute to building a sovereign capability structure to improve security.
TRC is one of the leading technology companies with 100% Spanish capital, specializing in solutions to protect information systems and networks for strategic areas of national interest.
IndraMind’s stake in the company will enable it to complement Cybersecurity’s range of products in the specific “protection” area, and expand the scope of its distinctive value proposition, which encompasses the digital asset security value chain end-to-end, including risk identification and prevention, operational services (detection, response, and recovery), and the provision of a comprehensive catalog of digital identity solutions.
Acquiring this stake will also provide new opportunities for collaboration with a differential proposal, within a context characterized by the growing European and Spanish commitment to strategic autonomy and technological sovereignty.
The agreement will also offer Indra Group the option of progressively increasing its stake to 100% of the company’s capital over the next two years. The transaction will be completed once the relevant conditions precedent common to this kind of operation are met, including the securing of the pertinent regulatory authorizations, such as that of the CNMC (National Commission on Markets and Competition).
With this step, Indra Group will reinforce its commitment to the security of the strategic assets of institutions, companies, and citizens, while promoting technological innovation, competitiveness and the resilience of the economic and social fabric.
