Minsait presents real cases showing how generative ai can overcome complex challenges and generate value for organizations

During its participation in the AWS Summit Madrid 2025 it showcased references such as Servihabitat, for which Generative AI can sort unstructured data and endow them with value for the organization
The implementation of Generative AI at Servihabitat has cut down on the time spent on each document by ten and led to 75%-90% savings when it comes to automating information classification and extraction processes
Acknowledged as a Rising Star Partner of the Year by AWS in 2024, Minsait is further establishing its leadership in the application of artificial intelligence and cloud services to generate tangible value for organizations
Minsait, an Indra Group company, exhibited real use cases at the AWS Summit Madrid 2025, ones through which Generative AI capabilities have revolutionized the management of unstructured data within organizations, bringing real value to businesses and offering new knowledge management capabilities. The technology company is one of the key partners of Amazon Web Services (AWS), as confirmed when it received the 2024 Rising Star Partner of the Year Award for Spain. Minsait was commended for its innovation and specialization in collaborating with customers to drive new business models and create solutions in the AWS cloud.
Within the framework of the event, Minsait is one of the major firms to have showcased the capabilities of Generative AI with real use cases and, together with Servihabitat, it presented a success story implementing a Generative AI solution to significantly optimize real estate asset management and operation processes.
This state-of-the-art technology has enabled Servihabitat to optimize its processes, improve its decision-making and provide a more efficient and personalized service for its customers. The above is a clear example of the unstructured management of data which, thanks to Generative AI, can generate content and convert them into valuable knowledge for the organization. In this case, the development has resulted in savings amounting to 75%-90% in unit costs, thanks to the automation of the information classification and extraction processes, as well as a tenfold reduction in the time spent on each document, which has fallen from minutes with the manual method to a matter of seconds. Moreover, the project, developed in the AWS cloud, demonstrates the potential of Generative AI to transform traditional sectors and open up new business opportunities.
Juan Carlos Guzmán, Minsait’s Global Director of Business Development, Markets and Verticals, declared that “our partnership with AWS is the result of our firm commitment to technological innovation applied to business and operations. Together, the two companies stand at the forefront of the digital transformation, driving solutions that strike the perfect balance between the utmost security in the data processing, operational scalability in the cloud and the potential of artificial intelligence to accelerate processes and enable new business models. This strategic partnership allows us to provide real answers for current problems in an increasingly competitive, uncertain, and changing environment, in which technology isn’t just a tool, but also a key ally in building the future”.
Growing in the cloud and scaling AI
As part of its cooperation with AWS, Minsait presented the AI Book at the last edition of the AWS Summit Madrid, a solution conceived by the two firms to explore the potential of generative artificial intelligence (GAI) and help generate content with experts in the sector, thus facilitating its examination by students and teachers. The two companies can point to other successful references, such as the modernization of the booking system of Minor Hotels Europe & Americas (formerly NH Hotel Group) and the migration of data and processes at BBVA.
In the Energy sector, Minsait received a certificate from AWS in 2025 for its ability to bring Best Practices to project development. Among them, it has worked in close collaboration with Iberdrola to draw up, validate and implement a data platform. Another major benchmark is ENERGUATE, the main electricity company in Guatemala and Central America, for which the first cloud solution capable of operating and supervising the critical infrastructures of a national electricity network has been implemented.
Employing over 4,000 trained professionals, with more than 400 of them certified in AWS technologies, Minsait has positioned itself as a benchmark with business specializations and competences such as the MAP (Migrate Acceleration Program), which facilitates the deployment of relevant investments to speed up the migration of projects to the cloud. The company boasts a stable track record in this regard, backed by a comprehensive approach to digitalization that includes competences in DevOps methodologies. This seamless engineering practice merges software development (Dev) and operation (Ops), allowing for a rapid and customized response to business needs.
Minsait also participates in the Global Security & Compliance Acceleration program, which specializes in security and compliance requirements for scaling in the cloud. Finally, it is also involved in the Tech Alliance initiative, which fosters technological training for students and the updating of educational programs, with an impact on more than 400 vocational training centers and over 70 universities in Spain.
