Talent management
Our professionals

Commitment, innovation, problem-solving, expertise, and leadership drive the more than 61,000 professionals who make up Indra Group.
Our goal is to create a respectful and motivating workplace — a place where our talent and vocation make us resolute, experts with a clear vision, and unwavering in our commitment.
Our Code of Conduct and Legal Compliance sets out the principles that guide our relationship with clients, shareholders, employees, suppliers, and the communities where we operate.
We hold Top Employer certification, which recognises Indra and Minsait as two of the best companies to work for in Spain.
Attracting the best talent is essential for us. On our Talent Portal you can find more information about our profiles and vacancies.
Quality employment
Continuous improvement in employment quality is one of our priorities. Our goal is to achieve adequate, consistent, and high-quality working conditions in all the geographies where we operate. We promote job stability for our professionals, contributing to their financial well-being.
We are committed to creating opportunities for young people in the geographies where we operate. Supporting young talent is a cornerstone of our Cultural Transformation Plan.
We are dedicated to providing growth opportunities for all our professionals. Training is a key pillar of our talent management model. Our professionals lead their own learning through the most innovative platforms.
Compensation policy
In all our compensation systems we link variable pay to the company’s results, because we always want to recognise the contribution of our teams to achieving those results.
The compensation policy we apply at Indra Group is free from gender bias. Fixed and variable pay are set objectively, taking into account the professional’s experience and responsibility within the organisation, as well as the achievement of objectives, primarily quantitative.

Training
We see training as a key pillar for the growth of our professionals.
As a technology company, we are responsible for helping our professionals develop their digital skills to face the challenges of today’s economy.
We offer a 360º learning environment in which each professional can train where, how, and when they want through the tools provided by Open University, Indra Group’s corporate university.
Our goal is to motivate and prepare our professionals for today’s challenges and those of the future. At Indra Group, professionals have access to training opportunities in key skills and competences, in specific technologies, as well as self-learning options through the Udemy for Business platform, with more than 3,000 specialised courses.

Diversity as a value
Our commitments
Our commitment to diversity is a key element of our culture.
Equal opportunities, diversity, respect for people, and non-discrimination (on the basis of race, sex, age, language, religion, disability, sexual orientation, opinion, origin, economic status, birth, union affiliation, or any other personal or social condition or circumstance) are fundamental principles of conduct for all the company’s professionals. This is also a principle we require our partners to uphold.
Our Code of Ethics and Legal Compliance, our Diversity Policy, and our Human Rights Policy set out our commitments to respect and equal opportunities.

Nationalities
We promote multicultural workplaces where people are accepted as they are, regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, age, religion, or nationality.
Our professionals represent more than 100 nationalities
Gender diversity
We are especially committed to promoting gender equality. We encourage the presence of women at all levels of the company, developing programmes to increase the number of women among our professionals and managers.
We work on policies that support work–life balance, ensure equal opportunities in recruitment processes, and are free from gender bias. Our goal is to ensure female talent is represented at all levels of the organisation and to reach 30% of women in management and leadership positions by 2030. At junior management level, 26% are women.
We have had equality plans in place since 2006 and a Gender Diversity Programme since 2018.
Each year we analyse the pay gap to objectively assess gender pay differences and implement improvement plans that address the causes of those differences. In 2024, the global pay gap was 2.5%.
Gender diversity programme
Our Gender Diversity Programme establishes procedures across all areas to ensure meritocracy, guaranteeing equal opportunities for all professionals — not only for access to management positions, but also from recruitment through to training, development, and career progression.

Our commitments to gender diversity
Recognition for gender diversity management
We are one of the Spanish companies that have joined the United Nations Global Compact’s Target Gender Equality (TGE) programme, which aims to help companies set and achieve ambitious business targets for women’s representation and leadership.
We have been part of the Bloomberg Gender-Equality Index (GEI) since 2020, having achieved a strong score across the five areas assessed by this certification: female leadership and talent pipeline; equal pay and gender parity; inclusive culture; sexual harassment policies; and institutional support for women.
In Spain we hold the Distintivo de Igualdad de la Empresa (Corporate Equality Seal), awarded by the Government to companies that stand out for their policies and measures to promote gender equality and that demonstrate significant progress in this field.
In Mexico we hold the Empresa Socialmente Responsable distinction, granted by the Mexican Centre for Philanthropy.

We ensure accessibility for professionals with disabilities
We are committed to the integration of people with disabilities in the workplace. Proof of this is the innovative, socially impactful work we have developed in the field of Accessible Technologies.
In Spain we have specific measures to facilitate the integration of people with disabilities into the company. For example, we offer parking spaces or an ADSL line in cases where the professional has mobility difficulties. In addition, we provide both professionals and their family members with disabilities access to advisory services and support in job searches.
Workplace well-being
Our workplace well-being proposal
The safety and health of our professionals are our priority. For this reason, we foster a culture of prevention in all our activities, especially in those aspects with a high incidence in our industry.
Indra Group's occupational health and safety objectives are related to ISO 45001 certification, preparedness for health emergencies (e.g., COVID-19), mental health risk management for professionals, and the completion rates for mandatory online occupational health and safety courses.
The Indra Group is ISO 45001 certified for the health and safety management system of its main companies in Spain and for the Group's subsidiaries in Italy, Brazil, Colombia, Peru, the United Kingdom, and Australia. 82% percent of professionals in Spain are covered by a certified health and safety management system.

Awareness campaigns
We promote awareness campaigns aimed at raising greater understanding of the importance of protecting our health, preventing risks, and developing healthy lifestyle habits.
These campaigns are complemented by annual medical check-ups with the option of flu vaccination. In addition, activities are scheduled each year to raise awareness about the importance of protecting health and preventing risks.
We collaborate with other health and prevention institutions. We are members of AESPLA (Spanish Association of Occupational Health and Safety Services), which aligns the common interests of large companies in prevention and serves as a forum for debate and learning. We are also members of PRL Innovación, an association that promotes a culture of innovation in the field of prevention.

Dialogue with professionals
We promote proactive communication with our professionals
At Indra Group we comply with the regulatory content of the International Labour Organization’s Collective Bargaining Conventions regarding freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining. We therefore interact with employee representatives in the company, providing space for dialogue and the adoption of agreements.
As part of active communication and the mandatory acceptance of Indra Group’s Code of Ethics and Legal Compliance by all professionals, we train our people in its contents to involve them in Indra Group’s commitment to respecting the human rights set out in the International Bill of Human Rights and the principles on rights established in the International Labour Organization’s Declaration, both of which include specific references to freedom of association.
For us it is important to maintain continuous and transparent dialogue with social partners, involving them in the company’s guidelines and strategy. In the event of significant operational changes, the necessary mechanisms are put in place to inform the various trade union representatives in advance.
In Spain we have trade union representatives who act as interlocutors for the Group’s companies. We thus facilitate the exercise of their trade union role in every aspect, including the provision of resources such as computers, facilities, etc.
