Born in Bilbao in 1973.

She holds a Law Degree from Universidad San Pablo CEU, specializing in Business Law. She also obtained the Diplôme Supérieur from the Alliance Française.

She has nearly 30 years of professional experience in Corporate-Commercial Law, M&A, and Banking & Finance Law, developed entirely at top-tier international and national law firms. She has solid experience in corporate governance and advising boards of directors, having served as Secretary to the Board of Directors.

In 1996, she began her professional career at Uría Menéndez, in the Corporate-Commercial Law Department (corporate, M&A, banking, and finance), where she remained until 2002. She subsequently joined Allen & Overy as a Senior Associate in the Banking & Finance Law Department, and later moved to Clifford Chance in the same practice area until 2009.

In 2009, she joined Hogan Lovells as Counsel in Banking & Finance Law, and in 2011 she joined Rödl & Partner as Associate Partner in Banking & Finance Law and Corporate/M&A Law, a position she held until 2018.

In July 2018, she joined Jiménez de Parga Abogados as a Partner in Corporate/M&A and Banking & Finance Law. The firm merged with ECIJA in July 2019, where she continues as a Partner in the same practice areas to this day.
