Through a web platform hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS), we provide specialized technical support that ensures the stability, security, and efficiency of Hotel Group's (Part of Minor Hotels) technological infrastructure.
The platform uses the scalability and flexibility of AWS, efficiently optimizing resources and adapting to changing demand, allowing Hotel Group (Part of Minor Hotels) to adjust platform costs and maximize user satisfaction while consistently achieving optimal performance.
Our hotel management platform (TMS) allows for complete and integrated management of hotel bookings, which, together with the AWS platform, provides a solid foundation for the continuous growth and innovation of NH Hotel Group (Minor Hotels).
In a highly regulated and competitive energy market, agility and precision in decision-making are crucial. Responding to this need, we have collaborated with Iberdrola in the identification, approval, and implementation of a Data platform based on AWS services.

The platform achieves high performance and integrates all services according to Iberdrola's needs and procedures, with special attention to information privacy and security policies and restrictions.

This collaboration demonstrates Iberdrola's Cloud maturity in designing the platform that will facilitate the adoption of Data domain use cases, bringing excellence and the capacity for innovation in a constantly evolving sector.
As part of Enagás' digital transformation strategy, with us participating as the main technology partner, they have invested in an intelligent data platform implemented on AWS, which manages, through an AI model and advanced analytics, to optimize O&M processes throughout the entire lifecycle of gas assets. Analyzing the more than 500,000 events per day from sensors across the network and monitoring asset health indicators and early detection of potential anomalies helps extend their lifespan, maximize reliability, and reduce self-consumption.
The implemented solution provides a Data Lake ecosystem in the Amazon Web Services cloud, using as main services: Amazon Simple Storage Service (Amazon S3) for storage, AWS Glue and Amazon SageMaker for information processing and the generation of advanced analytics models, and Amazon Redshift for data exploitation.
Adolfo Domínguez, within its objective of excellence, continuous innovation, and optimization, has implemented, with our collaboration, a solution based on Salesforce Service Cloud Voice for customer management on a single platform combining CRM and voice channels. In this way, not only has its administration and development been simplified, but the service process has been made more efficient, providing a 360º view of the customer and operational management for the business.
The implemented solution provides intelligent routing of voice interactions and includes 3 Amazon Connect services (Customer Service, Store Support, and International Customer Service) with multi-language and multi-country capabilities.
We implemented the In-Mova Traffic platform on the Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud to provide a centralized, more efficient, homogeneous, and secure service in the eight traffic management centers, which will allow for reduced hardware infrastructure costs and facilitate maintenance tasks. The company makes available to the project its extensive experience as a technological provider of SCADA-type systems and solutions for traffic and mobility management, supported, among others, by its presence in the traffic management centers of the DGT over the past decades.
The project additionally includes a video streaming platform for viewing the closed-circuit television (CCTV) surveillance cameras, which allows third-party access, as well as the recording and storage of video streams, enabling the consultation and downloading of the images.
Additionally, cloud Data Processing Center functionality will be provided for the services currently in production of the General Subdirectorate of Mobility and Technology Management.
We are deploying Brisbane Metro's new green and clean BRT vehicles in Australia, with the most advanced technology for public transport management. It has been successfully tested in a pilot implemented by Indra in an Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud testing environment, where different microservices have been deployed, allowing the validation with real data of the system's core functionalities for the operator, the operation of all on-board equipment in the vehicles, as well as the integration with selected external systems.
The implemented technological platform has been based on Indra's In-Mova Transit solution, which offers a comprehensive view of the entire transportation ecosystem in terms of service level (punctuality, regulation, quality, or compliance) and the condition of the infrastructure.

AWS provides the cloud technology services that support business operations and the management of its retail offering. To drive innovation, AWS makes more than 200 cloud services available to WOW, which provide the foundations of the 'phygital' experience.
WOW applies AWS data analytics services to collect, analyze, and process all the information they obtain from customer and brand touchpoints in such a way that, by applying artificial intelligence and AWS machine learning technology, they are able to personalize the shopping experience and predict demand to be more efficient in the storage, provisioning, and sustainable management of their inventory.
We help Cobas Asset Management increase the flexibility and efficiency of their operations by migrating their systems and applications to the AWS cloud. A forward-looking move in the new wave of digital transformation that provides Cobas AM with an excellent development environment in which to grow and enhance their competitiveness within the current market.
For this purpose, we have migrated the fund manager's legacy architecture to a state-of-the-art architecture, supported by AWS technology, but also by third parties, where the development and operation of applications is allowed without having to manage servers. This type of technology includes automatic scaling to improve the performance and availability of the application and a pay-as-you-go billing model that increases process agility and optimizes costs. By not needing to deploy instances or manage infrastructure, such as monitoring or security patches, greater operational efficiency is achieved, as well as faster implementation and error reduction.
Wizink has carried out a strategic transformation of its technological infrastructure by migrating its mainframe environment to the AWS cloud. This environment, critical for the entity, includes applications developed in Cobol CICS with a DB2 database and Control-M scheduler, supporting key processes such as customer payments, accounting, treasury, and collections.
The new architecture, deployed over the AWS region in Spain, is based on a fully managed AWS solution of the Rocket Software product, replacing the IBM mainframe, ensuring high availability, operational continuity, and scalability. In addition, a new DevOps development environment based on Eclipse has been enabled, allowing the gradual modernization towards more up-to-date technologies to begin.
To carry out this project, Wizink has relied on Indra as a strategic partner, who has accompanied them throughout the entire process: from the initial analysis and architecture design, to migration, testing, and deployment. This collaboration has allowed Wizink to maintain the intellectual property of its developments, reduce operating costs by up to 60%, and lay the foundations for sustainable technological evolution aligned with its business objectives.
This client, in its commitment to operational improvement and advancing the use of artificial intelligence, has promoted the automation of the processing of its financial documentation. The objective is to standardize the information of balance sheets and profit and loss accounts, integrate it with other corporate systems, and streamline internal processes to increase efficiency and traceability.
Thanks to our collaboration, it has implemented an Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solution on Amazon Web Services (AWS). The platform combines natural language processing (NLP) and Document AI techniques to identify and classify document types, extract and normalize key data —both from structured and unstructured documents— and generate outputs ready for consumption by business systems.
The choice of AWS provides a scalable and secure infrastructure that facilitates the operation and evolution of the solution, allowing new models to be incorporated quickly and maintaining the quality and availability of information. The project has a roadmap to expand its reach to new types, including tax models from the Tax Agency.
Indra once again leads the comprehensive management of Red.es's technological infrastructure, a key service for the operation of its systems in a hybrid cloud model that combines private cloud with the capabilities of our strategic partners, Oracle and Amazon Web Services (AWS). Our certification as an Oracle Cloud Managed Service Provider has been a fundamental factor for this award, as it certifies our highest expertise in managing critical services on Oracle technology. The objective is to ensure maximum efficiency, security, and scalability of the systems that support the digital services the entity offers to citizens and administrations.
